Keynotes and Panels
Sharon is a motivational and inspirational speaker who is able to draw from reflections on multiple life shaping experiences in the intersectional identities she has held or continues to hold. These range from being a decorated scholar, leader, a woman of color professional in tech, mentor and accredited coach.
Sharon has been on numerous panels most recently with the CEO of Hallmark Canada. She is a delightful addition to conversations because of the unique lens she is able to provide especially around building resilience, professional development and D&I.
Workshops and Instruction
Sharon worked closely with her professors in university as a Teaching Assistant for multiple courses. There began her passion for teaching and instruction. Her technical expertise lie in teaching data analytics (currently Part -Time Instructor with Hibreed Station)
Sharon has an ability to engage an audience and lead them through customized and curated workshops drawn from her professional and educational experiences. She has led a workshop at the world's biggest and most impactful youth leadership summit One Young World Conference.
Early Career Coaching
Sharon became Blue Core Coaching Accredited in 2020. At IBM she was named one of the youngest Coaching Supervisors leading multiple sessions on influencing, active listening and change management to professionals. Sharon works with early career professionals and recent graduates on interview prep, curating behavioral stories and navigating the corporate environment.
University Application Coaching
Being a recipient of 3 scholarships Sharon understands how to curate applications that are thoughtful and captivating for people looking to enter competitive programs or to earn scholarships. Clients have gone on to receive Scholarships for Competitive Med School Programs and major International scholarships including but not limited to Rhodes Scholarship at Oxford.
