  • Reduced onboarding process by 25% by improving the efficiency of the orientation process for new employees through designing a Welcome Package based on identifying gaps in the onboarding process

  • Increased the efficiency of calculating payments through analysis of data and creating a database of tax clearance certificates and a shareable spreadsheet which eliminated the risk of wrongfully paying creditors and facing penalties from revenue board

  • As an Internal Product Manager, responsible for product roadmap and product design of 3 internal tools including Tableau Global Forecast Dashboard with 9000+ users & 30+ metrics used weekly by the COO.
